This policy explains how Gilarranz-Hoffman Law PLLC (“CG&H Law”, “we”) handles information collected through cghoffmanlaw.com. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me.
Information we collect
- Contact form: when you send a message, the form collects your name, phone number, email address and the message you write.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting server records standard log data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and maintenance.
- Cookies: the site uses functional cookies, for example to remember your language (English or Spanish). We do not use advertising cookies.
How contact form data is handled
- Your submission is stored in the website’s database on our hosting server and sent by email to the firm so we can reply to you.
- We use it only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide legal services.
- Automated anti-spam checks are applied to submissions. Messages identified as spam are not delivered.
- Submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and for the firm’s records, and you may ask us to delete them.
- We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with service providers that help us run the website and email, or when required by law.
Client portal and online intake
The “Client’s portal” and online intake links take you to Docketwise, a third-party case-management service with its own privacy policy.
No attorney-client relationship
Sending a message through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until we have agreed to represent you.
